returns + exchange policy

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery except for clearance items, swimwear, and accessories, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your request to be processed.
After return authorization is approved you will receive an email with the return shipping label.
Please Note:
  • the following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges: clearance items, swimwear, accessories, and gift cards.
  • We do not offer price adjustment on prior purchases
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing, and or normal wear. 
  • For returns, a $5.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded.

How do your shoes fit?
Our sizing is based on European children's size charts and fit true to that. However, if any shoes vary from this chart we will note it in the description.

My child is in between sizes, should I size up or down?
We suggest sizing up. These kiddies grow fast!

online return policy
We will do what we can to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service team at any time if you are unhappy with your order. 

One discount code can be used per customer per order. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are final. Items on sale are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.

For returns, please use our online Return Policy. All returns must be sent in the same packaging and condition to the address above within 14 days of the date you received the item.

We ask that you add a note in your package stating your name, order number and that you'd like to return the item. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. The refund will go back on original form of payment.

We cannot take responsibility for items returned without notification and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.

exchanges
For exchanges, please use our online Return Policy. All exchanges must be sent in the same condition received to the address above within 14 days of the date you received. Tags must be attached and garments unworn.

We ask that you add a note in your package stating your name, order number, why you would like to exchange your item and the new item information (i.e., style #, color and size). Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. When requesting an exchange for a different item than what is being returned, a shipping charge will be applied to your exchange for shipment of the new item.

We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you when expected, please read the shipping policy below for online orders.

business shipping hours:
Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. — 4 p.m. CST, excluding national holidays

UPS and USPS Priority items may take up to 24-48 hours to be processed after your order is made. Items ordered on Friday after 3PM CST, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. We primarily ship through USPS and UPS. 

 

pre-order policies

From time to time, StyleChild offers pre-orders on up-and-coming collections, new colors and re-stock items. Pre-orders at StyleChild are a convenient way to secure the un-launched products before they sell out.

All pre-order items will be charged at checkout upon purchase. All purchases including a pre-order item will ship when pre-order items are made available. Shipment estimates are given on pre-order product pages for the expected arrival of each pre-order product. 

Orders that include pre-order items will only be dispatched once all items, including the pre-order items, are received in stock. If you would like to receive specific items from your order immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items to ensure that your items arrive when expected.
